Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care Bridge is a dedicated advocacy program that provides support and education to those affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia, as well as their families and friends. Through local and international informational sessions and a variety of educational resources, our mission focuses on improving care practices, advocating for comprehensive solutions, and raising awareness to inspire compassionate action.

While distinct from direct care services, our understanding of care complexities is enriched by our founder’s background with Senior Helpers, the nation’s premier provider of in-home senior care. Our founder’s expertise, particularly in obtaining the Senior Gems® certification, shapes the foundational knowledge that guides our educational initiatives.
